Introducing ECONOSERVE Kft.

ECONOSERVE Kft. was founded in 1991. Its members are domestic business experts actually forming the management of the company.

In the years following the foundation we were providing accountancy, labour and payroll services mainly to business associations with legal personality. This activity defined a basis for taxation and financial consultation as well as auditing and tendering. Today these consultation fields are operated as independent profit centers, leading to regular revenues. These profit centers are the following:

• Auditing: occasional and regular auditing for limited liability companies and companies limited by shares;
• Tax expert activity: lump-sum or occasional consultation as well as comprehensive tax audit definitely for middle and big companies;
• Accountancy services: accounting, wage and social security administration, making tax returns, making the balance, etc.
• Financial consultation: making business and investment plans, organizing the issuance of securities (bonds), managing receivables, organization and operation of pension funds, etc.
• Tendering: monitoring EU and other domestic tenders, compiling actual tender documents.

Currently we employ more than thirty full-time workers. The composition of the staff is excellent: our employees generally have high education qualifications and speak languages.

We are proud to say that this quick development is partially the result of the spreading of our good professional and moral reputation.

We maintain excellent connections with all of our partners. We consider the confidence placed in us by our clients highly important, without which professional skills would be useless. We think that we have been able to fully meet these expectations so far.

As far as the professional assessment of our company is concerned, it is enough to say that orders have been placed with us exclusively through private connections and recommendations, meaning that we do not advertise our services at all. The majority of our partners come from joint ventures or reputed Hungarian companies.
